Legal Counsel

Job Purpose

Provide legal expertise and guidance to ensure compliance, manage risks, and support business objectives effectively.

Accountabilities

• Handle all legal matters, including contract review, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Provide legal advice on regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
• Manage legal risks and ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
• Represent the organization in legal matters and disputes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations while promoting organizational transparency.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute shared team objectives.
• Provide regular updates on performance and document any issues or challenges to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Legal or a related field.
• Expertise in Saudi real estate laws, IPO readiness, and corporate compliance.
• Experience with CMA regulations, real estate transactions, and litigation.
• Preferred 5+ years of experience in similar filed.
