Legal Counsel Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Providing legal review and advice on contracts mainly related but not limited to business development, goods trading, services, and employment</li> <li>Providing legal research, analysis and advice on business activities and related legal issues</li> <li>Gathering, analysing, and disseminating relevant legal information / updates in the Middle East & Africa</li> <li>Strengthening relationships with external legal experts such as law firms</li> <li>Collaborating with other corporate departments to enhance the efficiency of corporate functions</li> </ul> Requirement & Experience <ul> <li>1. Degree in law (min. LLB or JD)</li> <li>2. At least 3 years experience in a law firm as a qualified lawyer (from any jurisdiction)</li> <li>3. Preferably: familiar with English law and / or company engaged in investments and / or international goods trading</li> </ul>
