LEGAL COUNSEL - EXPANSION for Retail brand based in Delhi Ncr

#Hiring for Legal Counsel for retail brand based in delhi Ncr.

Location - Delhi Ncr

Salary is upto - 20 to 22 Lacs

Negotiating and taking end-to-end responsibility for all legal aspects of documentation related to lease/license agreement, sustainability commitment and code of ethics.

• Conducting extensive due diligence for leasing properties and coordination and liaison with external counsel and landlord’s counsel for finalisation of due diligence report.

• Advisory on portfolio related matters including but not limited to signage issues, penalty clause and related invoicing issue, change of ownership and its related issues.

• Provide compliance advice and initiating new litigation in conjunction with compliance specialist for proactive and efficient management of signage issue

This role manage all legal work related to leasing properties and solves legal issues.
