Legal Intake Specialist

TSR Injury Law, a leading personal injury law firm in Bloomington, Minnesota, has an immediate opening for a full-time Intake Specialist (Call Center). Schedule will be between the hours of 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday through Friday (set schedule assigned). This position offers a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with competitive benefits and wages.

Intake Specialists are responsible for managing a high volume of incoming calls, screening callers to determine if their case qualifies for representation and guiding qualified clients through the sign-up process. This includes completing electronic intake forms and sending/receiving documentation via email. This is a phone-heavy role that requires focus, urgency, and strong attention to detail throughout the workday.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong typing and computer proficiency, and a team-oriented, accountable work style. Candidates must be comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced call center environment and able to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements:
2+ years of Customer Service experience
Call Center experience is strongly preferred
Work Remotely: No
