  • Handle all front desk duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and managing incoming correspondence
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records
  • Utilize computer skills to operate office software including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace tools, and QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Support calendar management and appointment scheduling for attorneys and staff to ensure optimal time utilization
  • Maintain a tidy reception area and organize office supplies to promote a professional environment

  • Proven experience in front desk operations and office management within a professional setting
  • Strong multi-line phone system handling skills combined with excellent phone etiquette
