Legal Receptionist

Receptionist Position Available – Law Firm

We are a law firm specializing in Immigration, Criminal, Personal Injury, and Family cases. We are looking for a full time Receptionist who is able to handle high volume client communication and manage a multi line phone system with five phone lines. This position requires a professional, friendly, and responsible individual who can provide excellent customer service and support our legal team.

Job Requirements

• Must be bilingual English and Spanish
• Ability to manage a five line phone system
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to speak with clients in a professional, respectful, and persuasive manner
• Basic sales experience to help convert inquiries into clients
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
• Must be organized, responsible, and reliable
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and walk in clients
• Experience working in a law firm is preferred but not required
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Must be punctual and able to work Monday through Saturday, 40 hours per week
• Must be able to start immediately
• Must be comfortable working in the Bellaire Hillcroft area
• Salary is based on verified and recent experience

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls from multiple lines
• Greet walk in clients and provide basic case information
• Schedule consultations and follow ups
• Maintain client records and update case management software
• Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks
• Provide clear and accurate information to clients
• Support the intake process and help convert potential clients into new cases

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
