Legal Recruiter

  • Accomplished, legal recruiting professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in talent management.
  • Develop and execute hiring strategies that target specific practice groups and identify opportunities for growth across multi-state offices.
  • Provide excellent candidate experiences through strong communication and engaging interactions.
  • Demonstrate business acumen with the guidance and support of senior leaders in the firm.
  • Strong understanding of practice groups, specific responsibilities connected to each position, and ability to determine hiring needs that are directly correlated to our business.
  • Manages and executes candidate life cycle from prepping, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Core strengths include a strategic performer who is a self-starter and takes a proactive approach to hiring the best people.
  • Ability to work independently, sourcing books of business with potential for growth.


  • A minimum of 5 years recruiting experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong technical and computer skills required.
