This is a unique opportunity. Our client is a foundation influencing leaders globally to create positive change and improve lives. We are seeking a positive, highly energetic and enthusiastic Legal Secretary and Office Manager with social awareness on a global level and strong business acumen. This role will provide a unique insight into how a charity project is operated and funded. The candidate will be an integral part of the team and actively participate in managing a busy and stimulating office environment. There is an element of making a difference across the social enterprise owned by the charity.

Responsibilities
  • Support legal contract work.
  • Provide general executive assistant (EA) support and administrative and office management support.
  • Manage the Director's personal affairs, including liaising with household staff and managing the Director's property portfolio, communicating with tenants, property managers and contractors.
  • Position based in Dubai with periodic travel required; travel and accommodation will be provided.
  • Due to a new project, the pace of work will be fast, especially until the end of December, and the candidate may be required to work abroad for the first two months.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a legal environment and/or exposure to extensive contracts work.
  • Paralegal training would be especially beneficial.
  • IT skills should be exceptionally advanced in MS Office; typing speed of 75-80 wpm is expected due to high levels of audio dictation work.
  • Native English speaker with a passport allowing flexible travel across Europe, Australia, the US and Canada.
