Job Summary:

The Legal Specialist will be responsible for providing legal support related to insurance operations and ensuring compliance with Insurance Authority regulations, internal policies, and relevant legal requirements. The role includes reviewing contracts, preparing legal documents, supporting regulatory requirements, attending court hearings, and managing tasks related to judicial portals and platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and amend legal contracts and agreements.

• Ensure compliance with Insurance Authority regulations and legal requirements.

• Follow up on legal matters related to insurance operations and claims.

• Prepare legal reports, official letters, and regulatory responses.

• Coordinate with external legal advisors and regulatory bodies when required.

• Monitor updates in insurance laws and regulations.

• Represent and defend the company before judicial authorities.

• Manage tasks related to Najiz portals and other judicial platforms.


Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Sharia, or equivalent.

• Lawyer’s license is preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in Legal Affairs or Compliance within the insurance industry is required.

• Strong knowledge of insurance laws, regulations, and Insurance Authority requirements.

• Experience dealing with judicial authorities and legal platforms.


Skills:

• Strong contract drafting and legal review skills.

• Experience using Najiz portals and judicial systems.

• Good command of Arabic and English.
