Alliance Risk Group, founded in 2005, is a national investigative and legal support firm delivering solutions that reduce risk and support legal strategies. Our Legal Support Team specializes in Service of Process, asset discovery, skip tracing, and investigative services nationwide.
The Role
We're looking for a proactive Account Manager to grow and manage client relationships while driving new business with law firms and legal professionals. You'll be the go-to contact for clients, identify opportunities to expand services, and help new clients discover how Alliance can support their legal needs.
What You'll Do
Manage and grow a portfolio of legal support clients.
Build strong relationships with attorneys, paralegals, and legal administrators.
Collaborate with Operations and Investigations teams to deliver seamless service.
Identify new clients and expand services within existing accounts.
Attend industry events and represent Alliance professionally.
Track progress and client activity in CRM (HubSpot).
What We're Looking For
2-5 years in account management, client success, or B2B sales (legal or investigative experience is a plus)
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Results-driven, organized, and self-motivated
CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce)
