Level 1 Full Stack .NET Programmer-Analyst

UNIVERSAL Technologies is seeking a Level 1 Full Stack .NET Programmer-Analyst for an onsite position in Long Island City, NY. Active LinkedIn preferred. The selected candidate will support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise web applications using modern Microsoft technologies and front-end frameworks in a collaborative software development environment.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing professional applications using Microsoft .NET (C#) 4.0/4.5/4.6
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core web development
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Angular and React
• Strong understanding of CI/CD deployment processes and methodologies
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), software architecture, and design patterns
• Experience developing distributed and scalable web applications using ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC 5, Angular, and React
• Experience with REST-based Web API, WCF, LINQ, Entity Framework, Dot Connect for Oracle, and ADO.NET
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC 5, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with Node.js and Webpack
• Proficiency with Oracle 10g/11g/12c and SQL Server 2012/2019 databases
• Ability to create and modify stored procedures, functions, triggers, packages, views, materialized views, and database links
• Experience with PL/SQL and MS SQL
• Experience working with REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON
• Experience using TFS/GIT for source control management, build processes, unit testing, and deployment
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, written, and listening communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to stay current with evolving technologies and industry trends

SCOPE OF SERVICES

• Develop distributed and scalable enterprise web applications using ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC 5, Angular, and React
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Contribute to application architecture, design, and front-end framework implementation efforts
• Collaborate with technical project managers and application leadership to ensure project deliverables and schedules are met
• Interact with end users to gather and analyze business and technical requirements
• Perform application analysis, documentation, design, coding, testing, and user manual creation
• Maintain, enhance, and upgrade existing enterprise applications in alignment with target architecture standards
• Support implementation activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), environment setup, deployment, and end-user support
• Utilize organizational tools to document activities and provide project status updates
