Library Janitor

Join our team as a Custodian and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment at a public library. This part-time evening position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy making a positive impact in their community. The role offers immediate start dates and weekly pay, providing a reliable and consistent work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies as needed
• Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors throughout the library
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Dust surfaces, shelves, and furniture to maintain a tidy environment
• Follow all safety and cleaning protocols as directed

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Reliable attendance for scheduled shifts: Mondays and Thursdays, 6pm10pm
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Compensation

Paid weekly. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
