A Better You Day Spa is growing and seeking a passionate, experienced Licensed Aesthetician to join our supportive, luxury-focused team environment.

We are looking for someone who genuinely loves skincare, results-driven treatments, and creating an elevated client experience. Ideal candidates have confidence performing advanced facial services while blending corrective skincare with relaxation and therapeutic facial massage techniques.

Our focus is high-end, results-oriented natural skincare with an emphasis on healthy aging, acne support, facial sculpting, and overall skin wellness.

Services may include:

• Customized facials
• Dermaplaning
• Chemical peels
• Microneedling
• Facial waxing
• Specialty facial massage techniques including sculpting, lymphatic drainage, buccal/TMJ massage, and tension-relief focused treatments

Requirements:

• Active Tennessee Aesthetician License
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience required
• Please do not apply without at least 2 years of treatment room experience
• Professional, dependable, and client-focused
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for continuing education, skin health, and achieving visible client results
