Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser procedures to improve skin health and appearance.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales opportunities to enhance their beauty regimen.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly cleaning and sterilizing equipment and treatment areas after each service.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a positive experience.
• Stay updated on the latest aesthetic techniques, products, and industry trends to continually elevate service quality.

Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Licensed Aesthetician with certification in esthetic laser treatment is a must.
• Proven experience in skincare treatments such as dermabrasion, micro needling and hydrafacial.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques to promote product demos and skincare lines effectively.
• Ability to perform multiple treatments including nail care and deep tissue massage with attention to detail.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
