Licensed Aesthetician

Complete Dermatology is seeking a motivated, sales-oriented Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing cosmetic dermatology team in a high-upside, commission-based role. Multiple ways to earn through sales, referrals, and events. Take advantage of our high volume practice and in-house referrals to establish yourself in Aesthetic Dermatology. This opportunity is ideal for an aesthetician who is motivated and excited about building and growing a cosmetic clientele within a reputable medical dermatology practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic treatments including:
  • HydraFacials
  • Chemical peels
  • Customized facials
  • Skincare consultations
• Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products
• Educate patients on treatment plans and skincare regimens
• Build and maintain long-term patient relationships
• Plan and host events with additional commission opportunities
• Help grow the cosmetic side of the practice through excellent patient experience and strong consultation skills
• Must be available weekends

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii Aesthetician license required
• Experience with facials, chemical peels, and skincare consultations preferred
• HydraFacial experience preferred
• Must have demonstrated strong sales skills
• Must be comfortable discussing treatment plans and recommending products/services
• Self-motivated and growth oriented mindset
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced medical environment
