Job Type: Part-time (Flexible Schedule) 20-30 hrs/week with option to full-time
Salary: $20.00 - $45.00+ per hour (Base Hourly + Commissions + Product Sales)

Job Description: Body Vitality, a rapidly growing, one-year-old startup premier Primary Care Wellness Clinic & Med Spa in Gilbert, is looking for a passionate, high-energy Certified Laser Technician (CLT) & Aesthetician to join our team. We offer a holistic approach to beauty, combining advanced medical aesthetics with wellness. Duties & Responsibilities

• Advanced Laser Treatments: Perform Tetra Pro CO2 laser treatments including Cool Peel and Deka treatments.
• Advanced Aesthetics: Perform HydraFacials, Skin Stylus Microneedling, PRP facials, and customized facials.
• Skincare & Brows: Provide dermaplaning, custom facials, waxing, and brow lamination & tinting.
• Consultations: Provide comprehensive skin consultations, analyze skin conditions, and develop tailored treatment plans and home-care regimens.
• Product Sales: Actively promote and sell premium skincare products.
• Marketing & Social Media: Create engaging social media content (videos/photos) and post frequently to showcase treatments, supported by our team.
• Clinic Support: Flexibility to assist with front desk duties (checking in patients) and medical assistant (MA) support as needed in the primary care & wellness areas.
• Compliance: Maintain a clean, sterile workspace and adhere strictly to laser safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Licensed Aesthetician.
• Current Arizona Certified Laser Technician (CLT).
• Must be energetic, creative, and proactive with social media marketing.
• Proven experience in cosmetic laser treatments (Deka/CO2 experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare products.
• Highly motivated and comfortable with sales goals.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to build long-term client relationships.
• Flexibility to work events and possibly weekends by appointment.
