Licensed Aesthetician for Beautiful Spa

Alicia Med Spa is a professional, welcoming, and luxurious space located within the Grayson Hotel in Miami. We are dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best. We offer advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments in a serene setting, and we’re currently seeking a licensed Esthetician who is passionate about skincare, wellness, and client satisfaction to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform customized facials, peels, dermaplaning, and other aesthetic treatments
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend appropriate services and products
• Educate clients on skincare routines and aftercare
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic client records
• Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and ready for service
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
• Stay current on skincare trends, products, and certifications

Requirements:

• Valid state license as an Esthetician
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa, med spa, or skincare clinic
• Strong understanding of skincare ingredients and treatment protocols
• Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Experience with medical-grade skincare products is a plus
