American Surgical Arts is seeking an experienced Licensed Aesthetician / Laser Specialist to join our growing luxury plastic surgery and med spa practice.

We are looking for a polished, clinically skilled, patient-focused professional with experience in advanced aesthetic treatments, laser technology, and medical-grade skincare. Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments
• Perform tattoo removal treatments
• Deliver CoolSculpting/body contouring services
• Perform IPL/photofacial treatments
• Hydrafacial treatments
• Microneedling and RF microneedling (Morpheus8 preferred)
• Chemical peels and dermaplaning
• Assist patients with pre- and post-procedure skincare protocols
• Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products
• Conduct consultations and create treatment plans
• Maintain accurate charting and photography documentation
• Ensure treatment rooms and devices meet safety standards
• Deliver an exceptional luxury patient experience

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey aesthetician license required
• Laser certification preferred
• 3+ years experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or medical spa setting preferred
• Experience with Morpheus8, IPL, laser platforms, and body contouring devices preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong retail and patient education skills
• Team-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Schedule

Experience

• Medical aesthetics: 3 years preferred
• Laser treatments: 2 years preferred

License/Certification

• NJ Aesthetician License (Required)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
