Key Responsibilities

• Provide customized facial and skincare treatments using techniques and services such as signature facials, deep cleansing, anti-aging, acne protocols, dermaplaning, LED therapy, and advanced skin treatments (based on licensure and training).
• Conduct detailed client consultations and skin assessments to develop personalized treatment plans and skincare roadmaps.
• Use strong knowledge of skin physiology, ingredients, contraindications, and treatment planning to deliver safe, results-driven care.
• Maintain professional and accurate client treatment records, intake forms, and progress notes in accordance with med spa standards.
• Create a luxurious and soothing treatment experience for clients, upholding Evello’s high standards for ambiance and hospitality.
• Educate clients on home-care routines and recommend appropriate skincare products (without pressure or gimmicks).
• Collaborate with the Evello team—including aesthetic and medical providers—to support eachclient’s overall wellness and aesthetic goals.
• Stay current on trends, techniques, and continuing education in esthetics and skin health.
• Bring a team-first mindset and genuine passion for collaboration—someone who values supporting others, sharing knowledge, and working together toward a shared outcome of success for our clients, our brand, and the entire Evello team.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Cosmetology and Esthetics License required
• Strong skill set in facial services and skincare treatments (advanced modalities preferred)
• Excellent understanding of skin analysis, contraindications, sanitation protocols, and productknowledge
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to foster trust and long-term client relationships
• Previous experience in a medical spa or upscale spa environment is highly preferred
