Licensed Child Therapist (LPC/LSW) – Supervision Provided

Foundations Family Counseling is a highly respected private practice dedicated to relational, high-integrity counseling work. We are seeking a Child & Family Therapist who brings strong clinical skills, emotional steadiness, and a love for working with children, adolescents, and families.

Position Tracks

We offer two flexible employment options depending on your career goals and availability:

1. Core Full-Time (80–100 sessions/month):

• W-2 employee status
• Dedicated private office
• Health stipend and 10% retirement match (on 12% employee contribution)
• 50-unit vacation credit after Year 1
• $1,000+ annual loyalty bonus
• Full administrative support (billing, scheduling, referrals)

2. Growth Track (60–79 sessions/month):

• W-2 employee status
• Flexible schedule and caseload
• Full administrative support
• Eligible to move into Core Full-Time if desired

What We’re Looking For

• Active Ohio license: LPC Or LSW
• Passion for child and adolescent work
• Capacity to engage families with warmth, structure, and clinical insight
• Preferred experience: trauma-informed care, play therapy, family systems, or TF-CBT

What You Can Expect

• $65–$75 per billable hour (based on track and experience)
• Compensation for every completed session (regardless of insurance outcome)
