The Clinical Dietitian & Sales Specialist plays a dual role in delivering professional nutritional guidance while driving business growth through client acquisition, retention, and promotion of the company’s meal plan programs. This position requires a combination of strong clinical expertise and a results-oriented commercial mindset to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to revenue performance.

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop personalized diet plans based on client goals, medical conditions, and preferences.
  • Monitor client progress and provide continuous support, adjusting meal plans as needed.
  • Ensure all consultations adhere to clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen, menu development, and operations teams to ensure meal plans align with nutritional requirements and quality standards.
  • Educate clients and internal teams on nutrition principles, company products, and healthy lifestyle practices.

Sales & Business Development Responsibilities

  • Actively promote the company’s nutrition programs, meal plans, and service offerings to both new and existing clients.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective client engagement and relationship building.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships and support long-term retention.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, wellness events, and corporate partnerships to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Provide management with insights on market trends, client preferences, and opportunities to enhance services.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or a related field.
  • License: DOH license required.
  • Language: Arabic speaker is mandatory.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in clinical nutrition; experience in sales, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets while upholding high clinical standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
