Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional services while delivering a luxury guest experience
• Perform services within your licensed specialty (hair, nails, esthetics, waxing, etc.)
• Recommend professional products and home-care routines confidently
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation
• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and education
• Communicate professionally with guests and team members
• Help contribute to a positive, uplifting salon culture
• Create content and participate in salon marketing/social media when appropriate

We’re Looking For Professionals Who

• Hold a valid South Carolina cosmetology or esthetics license
• Are passionate about beauty, wellness, and self-care
• Value professionalism, reliability, and guest experience
• Have strong communication and customer service skills
• Are self-motivated and growth-minded
• Love working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Want to grow both personally and professionally
