Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to address diverse skin concerns.
• Conduct body waxing.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to their needs.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all clients.
• Manage medical records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems, documenting treatments and client preferences meticulously.
• Assist in sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and packages to meet client goals.
• Stay updated on the latest esthetic techniques, color theory principles for makeup artistry, and industry trends to provide innovative services.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with clients and understand their individual needs.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices essential for maintaining a safe workspace.
• Certified in cosmetology with specialized training in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, or tattooing preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient record keeping and appointment management.
• Experience in hair threading, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to diversify service offerings.
• Understanding of skin anatomy, color theory for makeup artistry, and esthetic laser technology to deliver expert treatments.
