Elements Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Licensed Esthetician to join our advanced aesthetic team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about results-driven skincare and thrives in a refined, physician-led medical spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced medical-grade treatments, including microneedling, laser skin services, chemical peels, dermaplaning, hydrofacials, and customized corrective facials.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinical standards.
• Maintain strict medical sanitation and safety protocols.
• Accurately document treatments in EMR systems.
• Educate patients on skincare regimens, pre- and post-treatment care, and professional product recommendations.
• Support retail sales with expertise in medical-grade skincare lines.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan Esthetician license.
• Experience in advanced clinical skincare and laser treatments preferred.
• Strong understanding of infection control and medical spa standards.
• Professional communication skills and a commitment to exceptional patient care.
