Panimah is a luxury skincare and wellness studio focused exclusively on advanced skincare treatments, facials, and overall skin health. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, elevated, and results-driven experience for every client while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and care.

We are currently seeking a passionate, experienced, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team on a part-time basis.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in advanced skincare treatments, confident in building client relationships, and passionate about helping clients achieve long-term skin health goals.

This role requires availability on some Sundays, with additional weekday and/or evening availability preferred.

Please note: Panimah does not offer waxing or laser services. Our focus is strictly skincare, facials, and advanced skin treatments.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare treatments including:
• Customized Facials
• Dermaplaning
• Microneedling
• Scalp Treatments (preferred but not required)
• Conduct client consultations and provide personalized skincare recommendations
• Educate clients on treatment plans, skincare routines, and homecare products
• Maintain accurate client charts and treatment notes
• Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, sanitized, and organized
• Assist with front desk support and appointment coordination when needed
• Help maintain Panimah’s luxury client experience and brand standards
• Participate in social media content and brand visibility when appropriate
• Stay current on skincare trends, products, and techniques

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician License (NY required — NJ license required )
• Minimum 2 years of esthetics experience preferred
• REQUIRED: Experience with Microneedling and Dermaplaning
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Passion for skincare, wellness, and client care
• Experience in luxury spa, med spa, or skincare environments preferred
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Schedule

• Part-Time
• Some Sundays required
• Some weekday/evening availability
