Licensed Esthetician

Overview
Revitalize Your Glow Medspa in Mesa, AZ, is seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in facials and body contouring treatments (Cryolipolysis, EMSculpt, RF, etc.) along with a proven ability to sell treatment packages. This role is perfect for a results-driven esthetician who is committed to helping clients look and feel their best.

Duties

• Perform facials, skin treatments, and advanced body contouring services
• Conduct consultations, skin analyses, and recommend personalized treatment plans
• Sell treatment packages, and add-ons (required)
• Educate clients on skincare products and post-treatment care
• Maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Provide an exceptional client experience from consultation to follow-up
• Support business growth through strong client relationships and social media promotion (a plus)

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Esthetician License (required)
• 1+ year experience in facials and/or body contouring treatments
• Proven success in sales of packages (required)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build client trust
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Social media or marketing experience is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
