Licensed Esthetician

We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and client-centered Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. What You’ll Do

• Perform customized facial and body treatments tailored to individual skin concerns and wellness goals
• Provide esthetic services including body sugaring, lash services, skin cleansing treatments, and advanced skincare therapies
• Conduct personalized consultations and educate guests on home care routines and product recommendations
• Create a warm, calming, and professional experience for every guest
• Maintain exceptional sanitation, safety, and infection control standards
• Accurately document treatments and guest information
• Support retail recommendations through genuine education and product knowledge
• Stay informed on industry trends, treatment innovations, and holistic skincare practices
• Collaborate with the Sage team to cultivate a peaceful and uplifting spa environment

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee Esthetician License
• Experience with facials, sugaring/waxing, skincare treatments, and guest consultations
• Knowledge of advanced esthetic treatments is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for holistic wellness, natural beauty, and personalized care
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to build lasting relationships with guests through trust and attentiveness
• A team-oriented mindset is required
• A positive and calming presence
• Knowledge of Zenoti management system is a plus
