Licensed Esthetician

Role Summary:
Steadman Aesthetics is seeking an experienced esthetician who can do more than simply perform services. This role is for someone who understands how to build repeat clientele, deliver five-star service, educate clients, recommend treatment plans, and drive skincare revenue through trust and results.

We are not looking for a low-volume support hire or a brand-new provider hoping to “get reps.” We are looking for someone who is confident in treatment room execution, strong in consultation and rebooking, and motivated to actively grow their book inside a small but growing medspa environment.

Ideal Candidate

• Colorado licensed esthetician
• Preferably 3+ years of strong hands-on experience in aesthetics or medspa services
• Comfortable with facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, Hydrafacial-style services, brows/lashes/waxing as applicable to final menu
• Strong consultation, rebooking, and retail habits
• Understands how to build loyalty, not just complete appointments
• Strongly Preferred: existing repeat clientele or measurable evidence of prior production and retention
• Comfortable creating content, promoting services, and participating in growth efforts without treating social media as a substitute for real client-building skill

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality esthetic and skincare treatments with exceptional client experience, including facials, dermaplaning, lashes, brows, waxing, and other skincare treatments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients. 5-star service every time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Conduct thoughtful consultations and recommend treatment plans based on client goals
• Rebook clients consistently and help build long-term retention
• Drive skincare revenue through ethical retail recommendations
• Participate in social/media and business-building efforts to grow both personal and company demand
• Maintain clean documentation, scheduling discipline, and professional room standards
• Collaborate with the team to strengthen the service mix and overall guest experience

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid esthetician license in the state of Colorado.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow your client base and a drive to learn and grow in experience and services to best serve our clients
• Proven experience as an esthetician, with a strong ability to market and grow clientele.
• Highly Preferred: Has an existing loyal client base.
• Strong social media presence or willingness to build and manage one to promote your services.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with salon software is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of hospitality principles to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with skincare products, treatments, and trends.
• A passion for beauty and wellness, with a desire to continue learning and growing in the field.
• Desire to always be learning, this industry moves fast, and we have to be ahead of the trends to be able confidently guide our clients.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
