Licensed Esthetician

We are currently seeking experienced, passionate, and customer-focused Licensed Estheticians to join our growing team at our Massachusetts spa locations at South Shore Plaza and Northshore Mall.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about skincare, beauty, wellness, and delivering exceptional client experiences in a professional spa environment.

Requirements:

• Must hold an active and valid Esthetician License in the state of Massachusetts
• Previous experience in a spa, med spa, skincare clinic, or beauty environment preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness
• Ability to educate clients and recommend personalized skincare solutions
• Sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional skincare consultations and treatments
• Conduct detailed skin analysis and create customized treatment plans
• Provide advanced facial and skincare services including:
• Chemical Peels
• Microdermabrasion
• Dermabrasion
• Anti-Aging & Lifting Facials
• Deep Cleansing Facials
• Hydrating & Customized Facials
• LED Light Therapy
• Educate clients on skincare products, treatment plans, and post-care instructions
• Recommend skincare products and assist with retail sales
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and treatment room organization at all times
• Deliver a welcoming, luxury client experience from start to finish
• Stay updated on skincare trends, treatments, and technologies
