Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including body waxing, eyelash extensions and facials.
• Provide personalized skincare consultations based on clients’ skin types and concerns, recommending suitable treatments and products.
• Execute makeup applications for special occasions or photo shoots, ensuring a flawless finish that boosts client confidence.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care to promote long-term skin health.
• Support sales efforts by recommending retail products that complement treatments and meet client needs.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with active credentials.
• Proven experience in providing esthetic services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser treatments.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols, infection control practices, and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with cosmetology principles including color theory and makeup application techniques.
• Ability to operate EMR systems efficiently for record-keeping and appointment management.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of hair threading techniques, tattooing procedures (if applicable), and medical records management is a plus.
