Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments, including facials, body waxing, pedicures, manicures, and makeup application. .
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas according to industry standards.
• Provide excellent guest services by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate treatments or products.
• Upsell additional services or products based on client needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to client care and salon operations.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Esthetician (at least 2 years) is preferred.
• Familiarity with management practices in a salon or spa setting is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.
