Licensed Esthetician

We are a fast-paced, fully established medical spa located in the Charlotte/Ballantyne area and we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Medical Esthetician to join our team!

As an esthetician at VociMedSpa, you will have the opportunity to perform a wide range of skincare treatments including waxing, facials, chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments, and more. You will work closely with our team members to ensure the highest level of care and satisfaction for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including but not limited to facials, waxing, chemical peels, dermaplaning, & microneedling.
• Assess clients' skin conditions and recommend customized treatment plans based on their unique skin type and recommend adjustments to their skincare regimen when appropriate.
• Maintain client medical records and visit notes detailing all treatment plans, elective products, medical history, photos, and consent forms.
• Responsible for the coordination of correspondence to clients regarding their skincare treatment plan, product usage, or home care instructions.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive skincare solutions

Key Requirements:

• NC Esthetician license
• Proficiency in waxing, facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, and medical-grade skincare products.
• Permanent makeup experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare treatments and procedures
• Clear understanding of HIPAA and OSHA standards and expectations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends. All estheticians are required to work every other Saturday (9-5) and 2 evening shifts per week. Mon-Fri shifts are either 9-2:30 or 3-8pm.
