Licensed Esthetician

Job Overview: We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about skincare, relaxation, and continuous learning. This role is ideal for an esthetician who is not currently pursuing advanced practice esthetics and is confident in basic facial services. You will work in a calm, Koze, and relaxing space, providing personalized care to our clients while learning new skills, including Head Spa services (training provided).

This position includes a 3-month training period, after which you will be eligible to receive commission.

Duties:

• Perform basic facial services, including cleansing, exfoliation, masking, massage, and finishing products
• Provide Head Spa services (full training provided; no prior experience required)
• Create a relaxing and welcoming experience for every client
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized treatment room
• Educate clients on skincare routines and recommended products
• Follow spa protocols, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Be open to feedback, training, and learning new techniques
• Support a positive, calm, and professional spa environment

Qualification:

• Valid Esthetician License (required)
• Knowledge of basic facial steps and skincare fundamentals
• No advanced practice esthetics required
• Head Spa experience not required (we will train you)
• Strong communication and client-care skills
• Professional, reliable, and positive attitude
