Licensed Esthetician

This position is currently anticipated to be part-time to start, approximately 15–30 hours per week, with opportunity for growth as the practice expands and client demand increases. Some evening and occasional weekend availability may be preferred based on scheduling needs.

Description of Expectations
We are looking for a Rhode Island licensed esthetician who is professional, dependable, patient-focused, and aligned with a medically grounded, elevated approach to aesthetics and wellness. The ideal candidate is confident working independently, maintains strong attention to detail, and creates a calm, welcoming experience for clients.

Responsibilities and expectations may include:

• Providing customized facial and skincare treatments
• Assisting with client education and skincare recommendations
• Maintaining treatment room cleanliness and organization
• Supporting retail skincare sales and treatment plan compliance
• Taking before-and-after photos and assisting with social media content when needed
• Maintaining accurate documentation and following clinic protocols
• Delivering excellent client communication and customer service
• Collaborating with the provider team to support long-term client outcomes
• Willingness to grow with a developing, boutique-style medical aesthetics and wellness clinic

Experience with medical aesthetics, Hydrafacial, SkinPen/microneedling, dermaplane, chemical peels, or medical-grade skincare lines is preferred but not required depending on experience level.
Compensation: $22–30+/hour depending on experience, certifications, and service proficiency, with opportunity for bonuses, retail commission, and growth as the clinic expands.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
