Join our dynamic team at Refresh Beauty Bar-Commerce MI, as a Licensed Esthetician (and possible dual Massage Therapist or Nail Tech), where your expertise will elevate our clients’ wellness and beauty experiences. In this vibrant role, you will deliver personalized skincare treatments, relaxing massages, and a variety of beauty services that leave clients feeling refreshed, confident, and radiant. Available Days Tuesdays 12:30 to 7, Thursdays 10 to 7, possibly every other Friday. 1099 contractor.

Duties

• Provide professional esthetic services including facials, dermaplaning and body waxing to meet individual client needs.
• Perform massage therapies such as deep tissue massage to promote relaxation and muscle relief, if dual licensed.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and retail sales opportunities to enhance their results and experience.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning treatment areas and tools after each session.
• Assist clients with product recommendations tailored to their skin type and concerns, encouraging retail sales that support their ongoing skincare journey.
• Stay current on industry trends and new techniques to continually improve service quality and client satisfaction.

Experience

• Valid Michigan license in esthetics and massage therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong communication skills for effectively explaining treatments and building rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with sanitation practices in a professional spa or salon environment.
