Job Type: Part-time & a Full Time Lead Esthetician Position available

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (including service rate + bonuses + tips)

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and licensed Esthetician to join our high-vibe team. If you’re obsessed with skincare, love hyping up others, and believe in delivering results-driven treatments that leave people glowing from the inside out—you’ll thrive here.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide professional facial and skin treatments that align with Shaped AF’s brand and client experience
• Perform advanced services such as hydrodermabrasion, dermaplaning, and facial sculpting massage
• Customize each session based on skin goals, concerns, and desired outcomes
• Recommend home care and product regimens to support ongoing client results
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment space
• Use back bar products mindfully to support inventory and cost-conscious practices
• Help promote our services, retail, memberships, and seasonal specials with authenticity and excitement
• Contribute to a high-energy, supportive team vibe that celebrates growth and excellence

REQUIREMENTS

• Active California esthetics license
• Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and advanced facial techniques
• Weekend and evening availability is a must
• Genuine passion for wellness, skincare, and empowering others
• Confidence in recommending retail and educating clients
• Team-player mentality and a client-first approach
• Bonus if you’re trained in lymphatic drainage, acne protocols, or brow services
