In this role, you will provide advanced laser and skincare treatments in a fast-paced, supportive, and client-focused environment. Responsibilities

• Perform advanced esthetic laser treatments including laser hair removal and laser facials with precision and care
• Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend customized treatment plans based on individual skincare goals
• Educate clients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and professional product recommendations to maximize results
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and client safety in accordance with industry regulations
• Deliver exceptional customer service by building strong client relationships and ensuring every client feels comfortable, valued, and confident
• Support retail sales through knowledgeable product recommendations and client education
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment focused on growth, excellence, and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology license required
• Laser certification from an accredited program required
• Previous experience performing laser treatments and esthetic services preferred
• Strong understanding of skincare treatments, sanitation standards, and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and consultation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for aesthetics, beauty, and wellness
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service standards
• Sales experience or comfort recommending skincare products and treatment plans is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
