Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our growing beauty and wellness team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with advanced skincare and body sculpting technologies while providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in facial treatments, body sculpting procedures, laser hair removal, HydraFacial treatments, wood therapy, and red light therapy lymphatic drainage services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, extractions, HydraFacial treatments, and red light therapy facial services Conduct body sculpting treatments using advanced technology to help clients achieve their wellness goals Operate and maintain laser hair removal equipment safely and effectively Consult with clients to assess skin conditions, discuss treatment goals, and recommend customized skincare solutions Maintain detailed client records and follow-up schedules Ensure a clean, sanitary, and welcoming treatment environment Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge Administer red light therapy lymphatic drainage treatments to promote circulation and wellness Provide wood therapy treatments for body sculpting, contouring, and cellulite reduction Recommend and sell retail skincare products and services Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships Follow all safety protocols and comply with state and local licensing regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active Esthetician license in [State] Minimum 1-2 years of professional esthetics experience Certification or training in laser hair removal Experience with advanced treatment technologies including wood therapy, red light therapy, and HydraFacial (preferred) Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatments Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform detailed manual work Professional appearance and commitment to personal grooming standards Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
