Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician

MEDICAL SPA OPPORTUNITY

Synergi MedSpa & Richard Maack, M.D. have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our growing medical spa located in Chesterfield Valley. This is an excellent career opportunity with growth potential. A minimum of 1 year esthetic experience with laser hair removal training, retail experience and consultation skills. Medical Spa experience a plus. This is a part-time position available for immediate start. Flexibility is a must. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, day and evening hours, some weekend hours possible. Commission-hourly mix plus team profit sharing. Approximately 24 hrs per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while performing microblading and esthetic treatments.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the treatment area.
• Manage social media accounts to promote services and engage with clients.
• Assist with retail sales of skincare and beauty products.
• Document client information accurately in EMR systems and maintain medical records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required Qualifications:

· A valid Missouri Esthetic license.

Desired Qualifications:

· Esthetic practice experience.

· Retail sales and customer service experience desired.

· Social Media Skills
