Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair threading, and skin care consultations.
• Provide professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, nail art, and advanced nail care techniques.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to enhance their results and experience.
• Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards in all treatment areas following health regulations.
• Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and certifications to continually improve service quality.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of color theory for makeup application and skin tone matching.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
• Proficiency in sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing as required by state law.
• Skilled in nail care techniques including gel nails, acrylics, and intricate nail art.
• Experience with eyelash extensions, body waxing and facial.
• Knowledge of retail math for effective upselling of products and services.
