Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, eyebrow laminations, eyelash lifts and body waxing with precision and care.
• Provide professional consultations to recommend personalized skincare routines and treatment plans.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized according to industry regulations.
• Utilize salon software such as vagaro to schedule appointments, process transactions, and manage client records efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a positive experience that encourages repeat visits and client loyalty.
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client results and satisfaction.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with certification in cosmetology or barbering preferred.
• Prior experience performing body waxing, facial treatments, eyelash extensions, eyebrow lamination.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Vagaro or similar platforms.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Experience in retail sales within a beauty or wellness environment is advantageous.
