We are hiring an experienced, licensed Esthetician & Beauty Specialist who is passionate about skincare, facials, beauty services, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This is an ideal opportunity for a beauty professional who loves advanced skincare, client education, and helping guests look and feel their best.

Candidates with experience in spas, med spas, facial spas, or upscale beauty environments are strongly encouraged to apply.

SERVICES YOU’LL PERFORM

• Custom facials & skincare treatments
• Hydrafacial, dermaplaning & advanced skincare services
• Lash lifts & tinting
• Brow laminations, tinting & waxing
• Facial waxing
• Client consultations & skincare education
• Product recommendations, rebooking & client retention

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Texas Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• 2+ years facial/skincare experience
• Strong consultation and guest service skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
• Ideal candidate: Licensed Esthetician - Medical Esthetician - Med Spa - Aesthetician - Aesthetics - Skin care - Waxing - Beauty

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Hydrafacial
• Dermaplaning
• Microneedling
• Dermabrasion
• Lash lifts & tinting
• Brow lamination, tinting & waxing
• Retail sales

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Facials: 2 years (Required)
• Hydrafacial: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microneedling: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dermabrasion: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dermaplaning: 1 year (Preferred)
• Lash Lift: 2 years (Required)
• Brow Lamination: 2 years (Required)
• Lash & Brow Tinting: 2 years (Required)
• Lash Extensions (bonus if you offer this too!): 4 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• TX Esthetician/Cosmo License (Extensions only not accepted) (Required)
