Pay is hourly + Commission + tips

Duties

• Perform Brazilian and full body waxing treatments for women with precision, ensuring client comfort and safety throughout the service
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in strict accordance with health regulations and salon standards
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and answer any questions related to waxing or skincare procedures
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client results and satisfaction

Skills

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with specialization in body waxing, especially Brazilian waxing
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a comfortable, positive environment for clients
• Knowledge of sanitation and proper sterilization techniques to ensure client safety
• Experience with retail sales strategies to recommend products confidently and increase revenue opportunities
• Ability to perform additional esthetic services including eyelash extensions, makeup application or hair threading is a plus
• Excellent communication skills for explaining procedures clearly and building lasting client relationships
