Duties

• Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, permanet makeup and body waxing to meet individual client needs.
• Provide advanced esthetic services such as esthetic laser treatments and skin rejuvenation procedures with precision and care.
• Conduct makeup applications for special occasions, photoshoots, or daily enhancement to boost client confidence.
• Deliver hair threading, nail care services, and barbering techniques to offer comprehensive beauty solutions.
• Utilize salon software like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict sanitation protocols and safety regulations for all treatments and tools.
• Assist in retail sales by recommending products aligned with clients’ skincare goals while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Cosmetologist or Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of skincare and beauty treatments.
• Proven experience in retail sales of skincare products and beauty tools.
• Skilled in performing esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, eyelash extensions, and body waxing.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
