Licensed Esthetician / Laser Technician

Borealis MedSpa is a leading aesthetic practice in Fairbanks, Alaska, specializing in advanced skin treatments, laser technology, and results-driven care. We are known for our commitment to  natural, high-quality results  and an exceptional patient experience.

We are looking for a  Licensed Esthetician / Laser Technician  who is passionate about skincare, aesthetics, and delivering an elevated patient experience.

This is not a typical spa role. You will work in a  medical, results-driven environment  alongside experienced providers, performing advanced treatments and helping patients achieve real, lasting results.

Job Role

• Perform treatments such as  facials, DiamondGlow, and advanced skincare services
• Assist with and/or perform  laser treatments  (training and certifications provided )
• Conduct patient ZO skin care consultations and recommend customized treatment plans
• Educate patients on skincare products and treatment options
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
• Support a  high-end, team-oriented clinic environment

Qualifications

• Licensed  Esthetician (Alaska or ability to obtain)
• Passion for  skincare, aesthetics, and patient care
• Strong  communication and interpersonal skills
• A warm, professional, and  team-oriented attitude
• Ability to thrive in a  fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Interest in learning and growing within  advanced aesthetic treatments
• Comfort with product recommendations and retail sales
• Interest in social media and content creation
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe work environment
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning the latest industry practices
• Experience with medspa services and equipment is a plus

Pay:

• Competitive pay (DOE)
