Licensed Esthetician (Medical Aesthetics)

Beauty RX Aesthetics is a growing med spa specializing in advanced aesthetic treatments, skin rejuvenation, body contouring, and wellness services. We are looking for a motivated, personable, and reliable team member to join our growing practice.

Position Overview:

The primary focus of this role will be performing body contouring and skin tightening treatments using T-Shape 2 technology. This position will also assist with other med spa treatments, client communication, and day-to-day spa operations.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about aesthetics, enjoys building relationships with clients, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform body contouring, skin tightening, and lymphatic drainage treatments using T-Shape 2
• Assist with aesthetic services such as chemical peels, microneedling, and skincare treatments
• Educate clients on treatment plans, products, memberships, and package options
• Respond to client text messages, emails, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with social media content creation, posting, and client engagement
• Maintain treatment rooms, cleanliness, and inventory organization
• Help create a welcoming, elevated client experience from consultation to follow-up
• Assist with scheduling, rebooking, and general front desk support as needed

Qualifications:

• Licensed Esthetician or Medical Esthetician preferred
• Previous med spa, aesthetic, laser, or skincare experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable educating clients and recommending treatment plans
• Social media knowledge is a strong plus
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Willingness to learn and grow within the aesthetics industry

Schedule:

• Part-time position
• Flexible scheduling available
• Evenings and Saturdays are a plus

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
