Duties

• Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser therapies to meet individual client needs.
• Perform body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
• Conduct advanced procedures such as tattoo removal consultation, medical records management, and infection control practices to ensure safety and compliance.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and color theory to optimize results and promote ongoing skin health.
• Maintain meticulous records of treatments performed using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems for accurate documentation and follow-up.
• Uphold sanitation standards by adhering to strict sanitation protocols and infection control guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all clients.
• Drive sales of skincare products and treatment packages through personalized consultations that highlight benefits tailored to each client.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Certified Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology principles.
• Proven experience in performing diverse esthetic services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser treatments.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for managing medical records efficiently.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures and sanitation standards within a professional spa or skincare setting.
• Experience in sales techniques to promote products and services confidently.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
