We’re currently hiring licensed Estheticians and Cosmetologists who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and growing their careers in a supportive, high-energy environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide full body and facial waxing services using EWC’s exclusive products and techniques
• Deliver a consistent, guest-first experience from start to finish
• Educate guests on pre/post care and retail products
• Maintain clean, sanitary workspaces in compliance with state board standards
• Follow EWC service protocols and brand standards
• Collaborate with team members to support daily center operations

What We’re Looking For

• Active Virginia Esthetician or Cosmetology License (required)
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and guest care
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and coachable
• Availability for evenings and weekends
