Licensed Insurance Customer Service Agent (Property & Casualty)

***THIS IS A HYRBID ROLE WITH WORK FROM HOME FLEXIBILITY***

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an energetic individual with a customer service background to join our local Allstate insurance agency. As an insurance customer service professional you will be the first line of communication for the agency and work with our existing customers on a daily basis. This position pays a competitive base salary with potential for monthly and annual bonuses.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the first line of communication for customers calling or emailing into the agency.
  • Process endorsements and any policy changes for customers.
  • Work directly with agency owners to proactively reach out to customer base regarding renewals / policy changes.
  • Schedule policy review meetings for customers with the agency owners.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Be able to obtain or currently possess a Texas Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Customer focused, helpful individual who works well independently.
  • Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
  • Preferred previous insurance customer service experience but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
