Who We’re Looking For

We’re not looking for someone who needs to be reminded to follow up with a patient, rebook at checkout, or stay current on protocols. We want the person who does it because she cares, about her outcomes, her patients, and her own growth. The kind of technician patients request by name and refer their friends to.

She holds herself to a standard that doesn’t need a job description to define it. Her workspace is impeccable. Her technique is something she’d put her name on. And she’s always asking what she can learn next.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver precise, safe laser hair removal across all Fitzpatrick skin types, adapting parameters with confidence and documenting every outcome carefully
• Conduct thorough, honest consultations, setting realistic expectations, educating patients, and building treatment plans that actually get results
• Recommend packages, upgrades, and complementary services because you understand what patients need, and you believe in what you’re offering
• Actively manage your own schedule performance: rebook every patient at checkout, follow up between sessions, and consistently meet booking and revenue goals
• Stay ahead of the industry, bringing updated protocols, new device knowledge, and combination treatment ideas back to your patients and your team
• Maintain the highest safety, sanitation, and documentation standards, every time, without being asked

Must-Haves

• Active Florida Aesthetician license or applicable license to operate laser devices in a medspa setting (required)
• Minimum 2-3 years of real, hands-on LHR experience with actual patients across varied skin types, training hours don’t qualify
• Solid working knowledge of laser physics, Fitzpatrick classifications, contraindications, and adverse event protocols
• Proven sales track record, you can speak to your package conversion rates, upgrade numbers, and retail sales because you’ve earned them
• Exceptional patient communication: you explain things clearly, handle concerns with confidence, and make every patient feel genuinely cared for
• High personal standards: your workspace is always immaculate, your documentation is always accurate, and your technique is always intentional
• Proactive schedule ownership mindset, you don’t wait for your book to fill itself
• Available full-time Monday–Friday, with 1–2 Saturdays per month

Bonus Points If You Have…

• IPL, skin rejuvenation, or other energy-based device experience
• Body contouring or additional laser modality certifications
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience with Zenoti or similar scheduling platforms
• A loyal patient following you’d bring with you
